Janaki Kadayat, born in 1990, is a passionate and experienced costume designer with a multifaceted background in costume design for stage production and film. She holds a Diploma from IEC school of Art and Fashion, a Bachelor's degree in Management from Shankar Dev Campus, Putalisadak, Kathmandu and Higher Secondary Education from Sapta Rishi Higher Secondary School, Tikapur, Kailali, Nepal. She is adept at communicating with directors and other creative professionals to ensure their vision is fulfilled and enhanced through extraordinary costume design. She brings a commitment to creating powerful costumes that enhance productions, strengthen characters, and entice viewers. She is also the Co-Owner and Designer of DE' COLOUR FASHION STUDIO located in Prayagpokhari, Lalitpur, established in 2016. Furthermore, Janaki Kadayat has also worked as a costume designer for several different movies, where she apply her expertise in costume designing to bring out the best of the characters and to enhance the story by her costume selection, She is known for her creativity and attention to detail in her work, and her ability to work within a budget while still achieving a high level of artistic quality.
